It's easy to be angry.

It's not easy to remove a sitting President from power.

77 million voters are in his cult & 90 million voters were too damn apathetic to vote.

The majority of Americans don't care about democracy.

I'm just as angry as you but this "DO SOMETHING" mentality is insufferable.

Because there's no way for any decent person to do anything.

His cult has taken over every government institution.

Which means there's no legal mechanism left to remove him from office.

All of this was 100% predictable btw.

Our one chance to stop him was last November.

We failed.

I said from the beginning, this guy is not a real Democrat, he's a chaos agent. Anyone can run as a Democrat in a primary (I don't like it but I don't make the rules). He started his political career by trash-talking the Party & I can't find any evidence of him being active/registered before August.

We should have never thought anyone was coming to save us - we were always going to have to do that ourselves.

Right now we should be organizing for the midterms. All of 2026, we need to be focused on get out the vote campaigns and what to do if the administration tries to block voting access. 1/2

But if saving democracy wasn't enough to motivate them, then nothing is.

I didn't say accept dictatorship. I just pointed out that the majority of Americans either wanted it or didn't card enough to stop it.

I also said I love your optimism.
