(3) the main thing is, if I ever delete this account too, I am okay - I have both a support network close by and medical professionals who are aware of my struggles with my OCD and anxiety.

(2) now that I can recognise intrusive thoughts but being able to sit with them is still messing me up. Unfortunately for me, being online is one of the biggest causes of my spiralling about safety etc... I am constantly second guessing every interaction and it really eats away at my mental health.

(1) It turns out I have been sort of in the midst of a serious decline in my mental health for a while, hence my really infrequent appearances, I am doing a lot better but if anyone's noticed a lack of communication or posts or the like it has largely been me attempting to adjust to life
