Alot of states over in America have done this for years. It's regulated, taxed.. it brings in money to the state, it lowers crime since people aren't relying on dealers, and de-criminalizing it takes a massive weight off the police.

Setting up legal dispensaries would solve a lot of issues.

I.. kind of don't? I don't get typically cold. I'm still pretty warm during winter, so never really need to wrap up in blankets n such o.O
