I need to work on a new IP for myself since right now i’m borrowing one from game freak just to have an identity as a music artist
BONUS: Upp - Give It To Her

I LOVE this one, but I don't really see its use when its sped up. It's much more pure when it's at its regular speed. The snare is super crisp and the drums in general hit really hard.
5: Sandy Nelson - Mystery Boogaloo

In my opinion, this is the alternate universe amen break. Perfect for virtually any sampling scenario.
4: Marva Whitney - Unwind Yourself

The thing that caught my attention here was the snare. Has a nice sounding tone and reverb.
3: Issac Hayes - Break Through

Nice hi-hat. Not much to say about the rest, though. I could easily see this in an analog drum machine.
2: Eddie Bo - Hook And Swing

REALLY good shaker. This might be the think break in another universe.
1: Coke Escovedo - I Wouldn't Change A Thing

Really crisp tambourine, snare has a nice transient.
So we all know that the Amen, Think and Funky Drummer breaks all came from the vinyl "Ultimate Breaks And Beats". But what if it the popular sampled breaks were instead different ones from the same vinyl? Here are 5 contenders for what it would have looked like in an alternate universe.
what do you mean they made an omnisphere 3
i love this plugin
Do you ever get a random sound effect stuck in your head instead of a song

Like for a straight hour the pharrell “eh” vox sound was playing on loop in my head

> as well as a lot of tech-themed elements, such as Miku’s database.

This is also the song that got me into uplifting trance, more specifically from the 2000s era. Mikuru396 did NOT mess around when it came to producing the instrumentals.
Unlike modern Vocaloid songs today, this one was produced on the same year that Hatsune Miku was originally released. It followed Miku’s original theme, “an android diva from the near future where songs are lost”. Throughout the song’s visuals, you can see distant outer space in the background >
This is the song that Andromeda took most of its inspiration from.
A vocaloid song, “Melody…” produced by Mikuru396.

3 days into waiting for computer screen to be fixed. Tried returning to bandlab temporarily while I wait for repairs to be done, made a daft punk type beat out of a yakuza 0 sample
I wish there was a mobile app that can load and run/host vst3 files on a mobile device 💔
I really need to write a professional artist bio like the ones on apple music
Kilohearts Distortion has a really fat distortion sound. That and Destruqtor by blepfx which I use to saturate the high end or restore audio

Oh yeah also the prophet 5 remake since thats the one daft punk used

Only problem is i’m broke and suck at budgeting, plus the average hardware synth these days cost more than a switch 2
