This is the TATTERSHALL CASTLE, the boat I feature in the story (more so in the book Jim Wyllie's "FLASHING LIGHTS"). Amazingly it is still there in the exact same spot some 40 years after my time (the mid 80s) —quite a location isn't it!

Putin got exactly what he wanted.
It was like 'kids and candy' for the war criminal.
All he had to do was pay him a couple of compliments —mission accomplished.
Does not bode well.
