Also there’s no genuine conversation: Obama just monologues Chunks of fireside speechifying with “folks” thrown in twice a paragraph. No self analysis, no candid willingness to challenge. Marc has been so rightfully angry and there was this respect for one of the architects of our current situation

I wish Barack Obama wasn’t Marc Maron’s last guest. chuckling condescension, dismissal of objections to genocide as nitpicking, the idea maybe “folks” got too complacent. What about you motherfucker? Jet-skiing with Richard Branson & the policies which saw deportations & drone strikes for funsies

Sean Connery was 41 when he shot Diamonds are Forever and
Roger Moore was 57 when he shot View to a Kill but they both look in their 60s

Worse than spoilers by far are the people who tell you when you e just bought a book or you say you’re on your way to a film “I liked it but didn’t love it” or some such.
They should die gory and painful deaths.
