Lack of safe housing for the innocent makes me sad.

😠 videos without context showing destruction in Gaza. If the buildings are left standing with 700 miles of habitable tunnels underneath then H@m@s will break the ceasefire agreement in record time.

Maybe they just want to belong to something bigger than themselves. In the US synagogues reported higher attendance & more people wanting to convert.

On second thought you may be right. Some people wanted to be on the right side of history & others wanted to destroy it🤦🏻

Was a Fed for 35+ years & we intentionally tried to make our work look boring to the public.

Govt services should seamlessly integrate into your life & not put obstacles in front of your efforts to put food on the table, raise your kids or visit your friends & family at the holidays.

Actually my only non-Jewish friend who reached out today is MAGA in a fly over state.

We're over 60yo & met in college & are each other's only friend from the other side of the political spectrum. We still laugh about it after 40 years.

Lived in a Berber home for 3 mos. to learn about the culture. They lived mostly peacefully w Jews who arrived centuries before Muslim invasion.

WWII vet told me he was there during the war when a Berber warrior comes from nowhere on a horse. He trades some smokes for a knife in a bejeweled case.

Empty Shabbat Table in DC had flags from all countries were the hostages from. Sometimes we were on the National Mall or Lincoln Memorial where people visit from around the world.

Many times people would ask why is my country's flag here & we'd tell the sad truth.

Just watched a video of Nimrod Cohen and his family. Less than one month ago I saw his father in front of the White House pleading for his release and now they are reunited.

Yes! I put my hostage necklace in a box with a Vietnam era POW bracelet😢

Thankful to have been in community with amazing new friends while we advocated for the hostages' return for 2 years.

And tape will be used as tape again!

Finally had a good cry during my weekly Torah focused yoga on zoom. About 100 participants & pretty sure we were all in tears.

It was minimal cues which is hard for me but gave me time to wipe my tears between poses😢

However, WCK has a business model to follow. They fed Israelis early on & I benefitted from WCK in my own community.

Jose Andres learned A LOT on his trip to Israel & Gaza earlier this year so I'm happy to see hosting this dinner despite potential online backlash.

Lived in a Muslim country and bacon was available!

Tell your kid not to share lunch with other kids if you don't want them to eat ham or bacon.😠
