Unless we act, it would take 313 years for a Latina worker to reach pay equity with a white man.
Unions are fighting to ensure Latina women don’t have to wait centuries for the pay they deserve.

Latina women’s equal pay day. For every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men, Latina women working full time year round were paid 58cents per hour. Unless we take action, Latina women won’t reach pay equity until 2338. Union difference: women covered by a union contract earn, on average, $203/week more than non-unionized women. A 21.9% increase.
