So I've decided I'm going to play through all of the expansion content, and get the whole story! It's gonna be a task, and I may die in the process, but check back here for updates as i do.

The last expansion I played was Lich King.And honestly I didn't get too far in Northrend. Hell I barely made it out of the Badlands if I'm being honest...

I've missed so much- so many expansions, so adventure, and dungeons, and raids, I don't know what to do or where to go.

There is a mission the game points you in the direction of that's the intended next step...but there are just so many characters I have no connection to.

The starting area is a lot of fun, I get to explore an island, delve into a spider cave, and rescue my comrades.

I leave the place feeling invigorated and ready to take on the next thing...and then I hit the Orgimmar and I realize...so much has changed...and I don't know where to start.

I chose a Tauren Paladin, because it matches my hypothetical fursona, and hit play.

The new player experience has been streamlined and polished to a very nice even finish.

I'm put straight into the action, I don't feel overwhelmed with the things being thrown at me, and I'm actually having fun!

Upon booting up WoW Retail in 2025, I'm met with something I didn't have in classic: choices. Dwarf Shaman? Wargan Hunter? Tauren Paladin? Dream it, write it, do it.

Suffice it to say I was skeptical when a good friend of mine suggested we play together. I have trauma from friends leaving me behind in these kinds of games, but that's another 🧵 for another day.

I'm actually super glad I took him up on that offer.

I'm not sure how we did it. Playing for hours upon hours just to level up a character once or twice. The running back and forth between quest objectives. The tedious combat. When I revisited Classic in 2022 I leveled a Gnome Warlock to 15 before I called the whole thing quits.

The last time I picked up World of Warcraft was about 3 years ago. I got it in my head to make a video asking the question: "is WoW as fun as I remember?

The answer is "No." at least for WoW classic.

In retrospect those aren't exactly exclusive anymore, since a lot of those are now playable on PC. But they were released as exclusives.

God of War (2018), and 🔥GoW⛓️ Ragnarok were both very good games.

Demon Souls was a good remake which I enjoyed quite a bit.

The Final Fantasy 7 remakes are super cool and the Marvel Spiderman games are some of the best ever made IMO.
