Speaking from the US, I like the opportunity to learn more about the way other nations view elections and leadership. And having a scholar and/or public servant in the presidential office sounds wonderful, given the alternatives we’ve been experiencing here.

Watching the Bruins and Sabres game tonight, and I am sad to report that the phrase “lipstick on a pig” comes to mind. Sabres had one shot on goal in the first 20 minutes of play. They have not scored yet this season.

I regularly refer to my husband, my children, and various inanimate objects as “dude.” I was only in California for 5 or 6 years, but it ruined me.
