avoid ones that youtubers advertise to you, they're okay but are focused on marketing

proton (free + paid)
mullvad (paid)
are for complete privacy and data protection.

I use Windscribe (ios and pc), it's very basic, but you get 10gb of data a month to work with

been thinking about giving this guy a son who is a liger hybrid (and is also me… tee hee)
