If I upload a lot to #TheSims4 gallery as a residential rental and someone without For Rent downloads it, does it get retyped to a plain residential? I ask, because I wonder if it would be better to upload two versions: one typed as a plain residential and the other as a residential rental.

This remote beachfront loft located in a more expensive part of Sulani gradually fell into disrepair. The new owners built two modest townhomes on the lot. Though dated, the spot is still a peaceful place to dwell.
