Why is trump so determined to make Argentina great again? Remember that after WW2 thousands of Nazis fled to Argentina. Could Argentina be his escape plan if things go wrong for him.

trump is saying that California will not receive any money from the federal government. California gives more to the federal government than they receive so California should just withhold any taxes they would have been sending to the feds.
