Had to curate and trim my feeds a bit lately.

I absolutely respect those who are posting to keep others informed of the current political hellscape and offer solutions /mitigating advice, but I just can't handle the constant spiking of my anxiety and bp. (Especially on my AD, yeesh!)

First ever Escape Room! Played with @hairypigcub.bsky.social @scoutpup.bsky.social @infy.bsky.social @venizen.bsky.social, and it was an incredible experience. Also we won!

But seriously there was something incredible about working together as a team to share theories and implement solutions. :3

Starting the day with bagels, lox, tomato, cucumber, cream cheese, and capers. *wags SO much*

Most auditors are out today, so we just spent 45 min catching up with the chief execs and sharing food. Felt like connection and camaraderie and was an excellent way to start a Friday.

I spent the last several hours finally finishing that Halloween scavenger hunt / puzzle game I'm going to run for work. It's been worrying me substantially for several days now, so I'm glad it's finally drafted out!

There will be refinements sure, but now I'm at a point where I can get help.

Uh oh, I think I caught that cough going around the office. I feel not great but do I feel ENOUGH not great to not go in, or just a little not great where if I mask I'm fine...

Honestly if I'm getting worried over the decision I should just take the day for mental health.
