1. Suspend the City’s decision until its lawfulness can be determined.
2. Condone the urgency of the matter.
3. Ensure that affected users are not left stranded while the case proceeds.

The High Court of the Western Cape ordered the Govt. of SA and the Govt. of the WC to provide education of an adequate quality to learners with intellectual disabilities at special care centres in the WC (2010) Case 18678/2007

Today we had the opportunity to celebrate on of our advocacy victories. Ten of our member centres for children with severe to profound intellectual disability received their buses for learner transport.
