Why yes, I do work at Wenatchee Insurance. We only work in Washington state. It is our goal to provide everyone with insurance that they understand, can afford and when they need to use it. I helped run the Enrollment Center in Wenatchee with Suzie.

The GOP has done nothing to improve Healthcare in the last 15 years. They have voted against it. Had law suits so the ACA was never made whole and just cut $1 trillion from it so Americans will pay more with less providers available.

The Medicare Part Ds are the most vulnerable in the Medicare system to get quality information. The Insurance companies as removing the Customer Service people (brokers) so people have to fend for themselves. IDK if it is cost driven or to speed people to MA programs.

It's not a right if they treat them like privileges. Pretty soon those folks will find out what other "rights" are being taken from them. To be United, everyone has to be taken care of especially the smallest of us.

It's more than the economics of it. It's the perception that their neighbor will have an advantage over them if they only pay $2000 in taxes. We are too focused on what other people have instead of what they have in their household. More people need to hold up a mirror than peak out the curtains

I don' think most people realize how messed up we are if pre-existing conditions return. We are about five adjustments to moving the system to a more effective model. It could be something as minor as dropping Medicare age down to 50 to as large as negotiated drug pricing.

Was it from the lack of income from not being able to work or the actual medical bills? I suspect it is a combination of the two since there are still bankruptcies over illness in countries with socialized medicine.

What was the price doing before the ACA? Just from 2000 to 2008, health insurance premiums rose by 97%. So the fact that premiums have risen by 60% in the 15 years since Obamacare was enacted shows that the cost of healthcare has risen much more slowly since it became law.

The government is apolitical. It's not Republican nor Democrat. It would be on brand for him to cut American workers especially since 1 in 3 workers are Veterans. Most of the departments are already understaffed because of the DOGE cuts.

They just don't get the Republican Shutdown. It's not No Kings that they should be worried about. It's the 2026 Health Insurance bills that the GOP gave the exchange users November 1st. The Dems understand the problem while the GOP keeps sending the House to vacation.

When you are local business, jump at the chance to help the schools. We don't do it because it leads to customers. We do it because it will help our community down the road with the future leaders. This is something that a person doesn't get if they shop online with a faceless giant.

We had to split up a couple of times for events. For every hour of that Suzie is out of the office a family is not getting healthcare. It is why we have to get creative.
