Love having #OUFamily stop by the gym! Had fun showing alums Aaron Basham (1991-95) and Ed Wentzheimer (1996-2000) around new facility and catching up.

Aaron owns and runs Cypress Gymnastics Academy—his son Carson currently an OU freshman—and Ed is a managing director at JP Morgan in NY.

Our 7th annual Valeriy Goncharov Fitness Challenge champ is Tas Hajdu, who defended his title to once again claim the iron. Second went to newcomer Nick Townsend and third to Cisco Velez Belendez.

And, if you're wondering how it's scored…You have to ask Valeriy. It's his challenge.
