Trump does still feel a little fear of the courts. In earlier cases he plead the 5th, but more recently - civil trials against Cohen, Murdoch etc. he had dropped cases as soon as they’ve asked for depositions. He knows perjury could get him in trouble

On the table by Biden, Netanyahu flew to Mar a Largo. A lot of people are stating a belief that Netanyahu (in part) kept the conflict going to hurt Biden in the election.
