Why does this President do whatever he wants with zero oversight? There is supposed to be various approvals before construction and he did nothing. When is construction for the trump arch starting? Everyone incharge has completely given up and it's sad.
He wants to start a war to help fill his ego. He is trying to get a hostile reaction from Venezuela but it is not happening. He wants a reason to invade and then move north to take over Central America. Previously he said that so time will tell.
