The ships is rather quiet, both the Red Flag and the Revenge with anchors down, bobbing gently on the calm, evening waves. The woman holds up a hand saying, "Wait here," before leaving him to wait on deck, but not for long, when Stede suddenly pops out from behind the bulkhead.

"Hello again, Izzy."

At that, Jim sits up, but Izzy waves them off. He can see they want to fight, but they let him go, their teeth bared.

They let Izzy step pass before closing the door and leading him up on deck.

It's been a long few months, and Izzy is dozing when the noise of the door startles him awake. He sleeps lightly most of the time, but after the toe, well, deep sleep eluded him. He can tell Jim's awake as well, even though they don't sit up because he does.

several steps closer, till less than a foot seperates them, her dark, knowing eyes fixed on his own. She seems to be searching for something, and while Izzy can't fathom what that is, he doesn't move. Doesn't look away. Instead, he lifts his chin a little and lets her choose when she steps back.

he'd heard enough to know she meant business. And from the sounds of it, she was building an army. The rumor said she conquered China. Despite the danger, there was a small part of Izzy looking forward to meeting her officially.
