i suppose it's possible, with a theme as broad as ours, that the few submissions were just not compatible with the interests of those that first engaged with the event ... i always find this difficult to grasp since i have so few ship-related hard nos, but i suppose thats an explanation

still trying to analyse how the event went & i find it interesting/weird that there was some decent engagement when we first posted the prompts but practically none at all once the event started. like not only no submissions, but also no reactions to posts outside the ones the participants brought

in some self-destructive endeavour, he still goes - a completely reckless solo climb that is considered undoable even if you can breathe normally. whether he intends to prove that he is superhuman or just wants to be done with it all is unclear
fact is, he doesnt come back from that climb.
