The first time I had pleasure of experiencing being tied up irl and being challenged to untie myself with time limit, I managed to tie additional knot on myself and still slip out of binds at 4:59, while the timer was set to 5:00 xD

I noticed yellow lights make me sleepy. Bright white cold light makes me awake instantly. Had one installed in kitchen and just grabbing sth from fridge was enough to help me be awake, while my room was tiring me with yellow.

Also use moisturizing eyedrops before even your eyes hurt.
