I've come to the realization that I've lost friends.
Its just weird because we all have a lot of mutual friends in different groups.

It all started when I realized I was having bad reactions to someone and I stepped away for a few days to process. I've just never felt welcomed anymore.

Leave in conditioner works for me when my hair gets static. I just spray it into my hands and rub it on the ends.
TECHNICALLY you're only supposed to use that stuff when your hair is damp but it adds enough moisture that it fixes the issue.
