The wondering thoughts of a wandering bear. Not all who wonder or wander are lost.
I'm weird. I'm awkward. I'm shy. Deal with it.
What if the Roswell incident was blamed on aliens to hide the fact that although Germany lost WW2, the Nazis did not.
Progress at any cost isn't progress. Blind traditionalism is fatal stagnation.
Who benefits from the narrative of the moon landing having been a hoax? Ask yourself thst the next time you see people claiming we never went.
Be enough for yourself. There comes a point where you must switch from striving to improve to learning to maintain that which you have gained, because eventually, if you keep going, you will crest and begin to decline.
I very much believe that the concept of meritocracy will destroy us all. When the metrics are more important than the people they supposedly measure, it won't be long before those people become mere things to be used, bought, and sold like any other commodity. History proves this.
Don’t support a nation of people who are sitting on their asses and taking money from those who work without trying to make it better.

*if you think this is referring to the poor or disabled people on assistance programs, you need to educate yourself better and stop licking the boots of oligarchs.

It's not that there were no diseases that went from the Americas to Europe. There were. They just weren't the type of diseases that would be talked about in polite society. (In other words, most of them were STDs.)
Two things most conservative and liberal citizens agree on that neither republican nor democrat politicians will ever pass into law are single item bills and term limits for all elected and appointed politicial offices.
If you're not willing to work with the shadow, you'll never be able to work with the light.
If you have a problem with the number of brown people in your country, perhaps you shouldn't have gone out and conquered and destabilized so many brown peoples' homelands in the name of your empire.
History shows that all human beings make poor slaves if they know they are slaves, but will on average willingly and eagerly enslave themselves to any master who gives them a comfortable life and allows them to believe they are a free people.
To worry about something is to worship the problem. Take action, no matter how small, even if it's just making a note to look up advice.
When you keep referring to an "enemy" without specifically naming one, you are signaling your followers to tell you who they have already decided is the scapegoat for all their issues.
Hold politicians accountable for the results of their policies rather than judging them based on their stated intentions
I am not a good person. But maybe, just maybe, if I pretend to be long enough, other people will be inspired to become such.
Your ability to learn new things quickly is determined by how willing you are to look stupid.
Faith and fear both cause ripples that attract the things attached to them to you. They are also mutually exclusive. One can't live where the other dwells.
Love that one, too. But also, A Night in the Lonesome October by Roger Zelazny.
A sim card is basically a super miniaturized Commodore 64 with the ability to run Javascript. Or Linux. Or Doom.
My best argument against flat earth: if the earth were flat, the edge or ice wall would be more commercialized and tourist trapped than the Grand Canyon and Niagra Falls combined.
In my opinion, adjectives applied to other people's gender based on (usually assumed) biological sex are unnecessarily rude and divisive.
If he is a man, call him a man.
If she is a woman, call her a woman.
If they are both/neither, call them genderfluid/agender.*
*Or whichever label they prefer.
Health, education, employment, housing status. None of these have any relation to a person's value as a human being.
I'm sorry, I misread the original post.
