Yeah. One of them has Sakura sound like an annoying little kid (the one on Netflix) while the other has her sound a little bit normal (the one you can find on YouTube.)

It isn’t like the latter. But it did get as far as promotional materials before some of the stuff was scrapped. Like several monsters. Chickenstein, The Creeper, The Ghost Clown, Headless Horseman, The Witch Doctor, and Red Beard. There is early scenes of them on YouTube.

If I remember right, A24 is having a horror movie universe where they try to put all sorts of famous horror movies in the same universe. They call it the Slasherverse. We only know 3 of the movies in the universe, this one, Nightmare on Elm Street, and sleepaway camp.
