Took me a while to finish silksong but I did it. 😃 I managed to beat lost lace without any tools. Very enjoyable battle took me nearly one hour gameplay for an entire week. My total run was long 80 hours.

I keep reading about how AI browser are going to kill chrome. Well ....I'll tell you this much, no one, with some sanity left, will ever implement a new browser. They are all chromium based. Building a browser is one of the hardest tasks out there.

I am not talking for the near future and I am referring mainly about factories. There are people that are attempting full automations. They obviously fail at this stage and time.

At the end does it matter if they are 100% successful? If they reduce jobs from i.e 200k to 40k they will still present it as a 100% successful transition.

We need something similar here in Europe as well. The first 3 hours everything was down, even here. Afterwards a few things were working here and there, but overall it's insane and unacceptable. This is not the first time it happens. I can easily recall 2 more times.

I am uniquely surprised that my latest song got over 1400 views. I know that my music is not for the masses, since it leans into noise. And it is probably, a one time thing that the almighty algorithm favoured me 🤣 . Thanks to anyone that listened to it.

Oh there are quite a few cases where LLMS lift entire articles word for word. Especially on topic with few references.

It sounds a bit funny but I get it. On the rare occasions I use an LLM. On the first sign of hallucinations (which is more often than most people believe) I just delete the whole chat. Once hallucinations start, they pile up.
But that doesn't mean memory is not important. But I am not paying a dime.

When one of my musical composition get a lot of views I always go to "content suggesting this video" and visit most of them to get some idea why the algorithm picked those. I often discover gems published a decade+ ago, but also some extremely random "creations"

Good for them. I understand that protesting is not in their culture and it's hard to take part in one. But they are off to a good start.

I am all pro regulation but the doomers are pissing me off. We are all going to die. We don't want to build AI but we have better moral standards than China and if China build it first it's the end of the world sooner than we intent to end it...and all that bs

I didn't know the guy, my expertise is telecommunications not AI but I found it refreshing that someone was just saying things will take time and they are just not ready yet. Instead of we are going to get rid all humans. Although that Eureka space cadet star trek pitch sounded quite terrible.

I just remembered the CEO of a company I worked for in 2009 who thought jQuery a tool to query databases from the web.
