Since it is the season of spooky and horror, I will confess my biggest fear to you all, a secret I've kept private for so long

My best friend also suffers from both
I recommend getting arnica balms or any cream that has an extract of that plant, as well as drinking tea with ginger and turmeric (or just pouring turmeric and ginger powder in hot water)
I made an arnica balm for my friend and it actually helped!
