If anyone downloads my photos which are under copyright ©️, for any reason without my consent or knowledge, and reposts them, regardless whether you credit the artist or not, I will report you and start legal action against you!

The bookmark should not note it as saved , but should say it is bookmarked instead, and I see the confusion.
We should have the option to disable the save, though.

Dave, it will show you that your photo has been saved alongside the likes, reposts, quotes, it will show saved

It is a download….
I have recently had someone download a photo of mine and then they created a post of their own re using my photo.

It’s not a bookmark, when you can do that.

I’m glad you like my photos ✨

If an image is saved from bsky, it downloads to your photo gallery/album… which means it is not a bookmark, but is in fact a download.
I have had a person save one of my images and edited it and uploaded it again to my post of the original.

I’m getting to that same point very fast, Steve.
I’ve just gone though my posts and found that this has been happening over the last month to some other photos of mine too.

I’m going to delete the post now….
The image has a small watermark and full meta data imbedded. But bsky need to give use an option to restrict downloading. It would be helpful in copyright ©️ protection
