i recently noticed how constantly scrolling through others'art makes me burnt out and overwhelmed

and on the opposite, if i don't engage with anything art related for a couple of days, i'm like rejuvenated and have so much zeal for drawing

but then again I still go back to drown myself a little

OR
a neverending cycle of "i will stop scrolling but looking for an inspiration is okay"
