New article published looking at the behaviour of hippos in Botswana and how it varies throughout the day, seasonally, and in different areas. Very little known about hippo behaviour, so feeling happy to have this out there 🥰🦛

Thanks #ICCB2025 for another amazing conference. Was great to have the opportunity to talk both about my current work using drones for mapping vegetation but then also some old PhD work using drones to age and sex hippos 🦛
