Trump actually says that "we're going to kill people" and hardly anyone bats an eyelid.

Like it was the most normal thing for a president to say.

If the gunner on a Navy vessel or plane refused to shoot at random Venezuelan boats on the grounds that it's actually murder would that refusal possibly hit a nerve and go back up the chain of command?

In the Gulf of Oman recently a Royal Marine sniper took out the engine in a drug-smuggling boat from a helicopter with one shot.

You do NOT have to blow up the whole boat and kill 11 people on board while providing zero evidence that they're doing anything illegal and then crow about it on TV
