Happy Mother’s Day everyone, but especially my mom because she’s the first mother I ever knew, and in my unbiased opinon, the greatest mom who ever mommed.

Nita Lowey was an icon, a trailblazer, but also generous, kind and considerate - she was genuine and did so much by doing less. Her legacy will not soon be forgotten. May she rest in peace.

Questioning the citizenship of an elected official *however he meant it* either shows extraordinary poor judgment or was intentionally nasty & offensive. Either way, it was incredibly disrespectful to my friend & colleague, ViceChair Jose Alvarado & the entire community. Lawler’s apology is overdue

Started the day with Somers Turkey Trot 5K, joined Gary Cohn at Temple Shaaray Tefila to help prepare & serve meals to needy families at NeighborsLink(super kudos to Gary - over 4,400 meals served!) & ended the day with family & too much food. A pretty great day all around.
