You keep saying 1:1 as if that’s real. It’s really like 46:1 on Harris being protested on Gaza over Trump. And again, I support calling Dems out on enabling genocide and being beholden to AIPAC. But Harris is no longer in office and Trump is presently leading a board of Gaza “peace” as we speak.

You didn’t though. You literally said Trump was too hard to get to. I don’t need to see a pundit on why Harris lost the left on Gaza. I’ve already acknowledged that. But y’all are losing credence in getting the voice out on Gaza out by going after those no longer in office. You just are.

Harris has been protested against way more times on Gaza than Trump. Especially on the aforementioned campaign trail a year ago. She never even made it to presidency. But Netanyahu’s preferred POTUS pick did. But since he’s “hard to get to” just keep after Harris like it’s still 2024. Killing it! 🤡

I want AIPAC denounced from political influence too. But saying “Trump is too hard to get to so let’s protest the politicians no longer in office” isn’t helping the cause. Read the room. The messaging doesn’t come off like you think it does. People are just confused. Biden isn’t in office anymore.

It makes the Gaza protest lose Creedence by cherry picking which politician you decide to protest, especially when they’re no longer even in office. Yall look confused.

You tell me. It only looks like you’re protesting Democrats. Which has always been to the benefit of Netanyahu, who salivated at getting Trump elected. Now you’re saying Trump is “hard to get to” so you attack Harris as if she still has any power. We’re not living in 2024 anymore, my guy.

By “they” I assume you mean the Trump admin? You’re speaking in the present tense so I assume you must be. He’s literally on the Gaza “board of peace” at the behest of Netanyahu. That’s not happening anytime soon.

Deserved? Or just whoever is closest? Harris lost. Largely to Gaza, that’s true. But it’s been nearly a year since she left office. Trump is now nearly set to expand on Netanyahu’s extension into Gaza under this ceasefire that he’s touting as a peace deal. All for a peace prize. Where’s the outrage?

Curated? Ceasefire protests were regular during Harris’s campaign trail. Deservedly so even. But those protests are comparatively silent now under Trump. Even as he’s about to chair a “board of peace” over Gaza. All while being Netanyahu’s preferred POTUS pick from the start. Direct that energy.

Nope. I knew plenty of leftists who were so disgusted with the last administration’s handling of Gaza that any warnings of Project 2025 from Harris or any other Democrat fell on deaf ears. They were preoccupied. I’m not excusing it. That’s just what happened.

People on both the right and the left really dismissed Project 2025 for the threat that it is. Neither group actually wanted, or believed, they’d be living through the implementation of this heinous “think tank” blueprint.

You’re spot on. The last administration failed wildly in not taking a stand to Netanyahu. Should’ve been a slam dunk to denounce genocide. AIPAC is dead weight on the Dems. But this self righteous grandstanding from code pink feels performative if not misdirected to the CURRENT administration.
