I could see a world where she comes back, but I wouldn't hold your breath. The field has been kinda rough lately with errors abounding. Top players having meltdowns and collapses.

I think the future is bright though. We'll be seeing cleaner golf every year and new faces emerging on the scene.

We brought in community partners at the food bank, local university support system, and a home for troubled girls. They talked about how we can help them and then did some work after the service. This is how church should be.

Yesterday "God's Work, Our Hands" Sunday at my church. It's an ELCA synod initiative every year. We sang songs about caring for others, doing justice, and being the hands and feet of God in the world. (1/2)

You're almost a worse Christian if you don't have a restoration story.

But, lifting up stories of flawed people who turned their lives around with a renewed faith gave way to people who performatively announce "I'm forgiven". No need for the repentance or turn away for sin.

Not directed at OP:
In evangelical Christianity the roster of Heaven doesn’t come from the leaderboard of goodness. It’s given mercifully to those to accept the love of Christ. Goodness is an outgrowth of faith. Not the other way around.

I’ve always tried to avoid this descriptor for groups. I appreciate the importance of avoiding this for trans women. Extra vigilance is easy enough. Many ways to describe a group beyond “you guys”.
