The new Zeiss Crossbeam 350 is finally installed and up and running! The system, fitted with a Quorum cryo stage, allows for analysis of high-resolution ultrastructure of frozen hydrated samples, inclu gels and liquids.

Due to storm Darragh and flight cancellations, the two-day stereology workshop scheduled to begin on Monday at Heidelberg University unfortunately had to be cancelled. We will plan for new dates early next year.
