Main lows for a character in a Fighting Game: Press down + the kick button.

Reina main low: Press forward, release it, then do down, down + forward, and press 4 without releasing.

After that you can do 4, 4 for damage and frame advantage. Or you can do, 4, 2, down to transition into Heaven's Wrat-
