Thirdly, we are able to confirm that all VIP and Premium players will still receive their promised Regional Event Packs - revising our earlier statement. These packs will be shipped directly to your home and this will not be impacted by the partial refunds mentioned above.

Secondly, any items that cannot be collected at the event will be shipped directly to your home at no additional cost; this includes the Regional Event Packs, prize wall promo cards and the top 256 pins. Shipments will begin as soon as the materials arrive to the Asmodee Spain warehouse.

Additionally, select items including Event Packs and Prize Wall promos will not be available to receive on-site. They will still be able to be purchased at the Prize Wall, shipped after the event, and the shipping status can be tracked electronically on my.fanfinity.

Both affected type of ticket holders will be provided with two (2) Legend of the Force Carbonite booster packs, and will receive all other items included in the ticket package. All attendees will be able to get two (2) Event Packs per person off the prize wall throughout the event.

We wanted to give an update in regards to the event this weekend. Due to miscommunications, Event Packs will not be included in the VIP and Premium ticket packages. VIP members will be refunded 150€ and Premium members will be refunded 50€.
