Our Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive includes several dozen manuscript cookbooks, primarily from the 19th & 20th centuries. This handwritten volume is Cookery MS 15 and was written in England around 1850. The page shows a recipe for Hard Biscuits. https://myumi.ch/qZ2mg
