also i have tried many times to make a sona/mascot but it fucks with my self-appointed distance i have from my art and characters if u know what i mean... having a character that "represents" me/my account makes me way too shy to do the Silly Shit i get up to with my regular ocs

i tabled at anthro new england artist alley in college (and went as a regular attendant once before that), have made two FA accounts since then (i.e. remade my old one), and am close friends with multiple furries/scalies, but i still would rather draw/look at catgirls than girl cats :(
