ICE is running around in masks beating and tear gassing people, and its Dems who are accused of a "sharp escalation" simply for suggesting such blatantly illegal actions should lead to arrests.
Agree 100%, but the question also assumes that the Dems who are willing to not fight for some of our rights will in fact fight for the rights that remain. Why would anyone assume that?

This is exactly the point. US is a very wealthy country, especially for a privileged few.We could feed, house and provide health insurance to everyone, while still allowing those privileged few to remain obscenely wealthy. Their refusal to share even a small amount of their wealth is the real story.
