I try to curate my follows, but it’s an impossible job - you still get fed rubbish.

I think it’s important to remember that much of social media is banks of phones sending out content to divide, upset or infuriate.

This isn’t real life.

I am very close to leaving social media for good.

Our country is in a mess, but SM exacerbates it and feeds me depressing and stories that make me angry all day long.

I think I need to focus on real life for the sake of my mental wellbeing and my family.
