Hell yes! I feel like its such a common misconception that you need to work out 3 hrs a day and every tiny muscle imaginable in order to enjoy the gym or get a good workout. And thats simply not the case!

Thats pretty spot on.

Also I would say that the limitations of older technology posed an interesting challenge when crafting games. Game studios were forced to be creative.
