I think it’s a free class through ARBI (Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured) but I agree… (also former yoga teacher) 🫶🙏
Men also are less likely to look/ask for help… I’m proud of my BIL for showing vulnerability and reaching out for support ❤️‍🩹

Yes … the love doesn’t go away… and he grieves every day. He’s now more of a parent to her than her lover/partner…
The one thing, I feel has made a huge difference for him is his peer support group. They really have brought him back from the edge. He’s even joining a yoga class!!!

That’s kind of where we are right now with my BIL and sister… he has been her primary since she came home in 2020, and is at his breaking point. I feel for him so acutely… 😭 and tell him he is important too, and we will support what ever he needs.
It’s all so sad.
