I recently bought a new laptop that came with windows 11. With a bit of research I was able to decouple it from mandatory Microsoft accounts and removed most of the built in AI features. Not sure how to do that with an upgrade but it fixed most of my issues with it.

I got a new laptop recently and the first thing I did before even logging in was changing system settings to make it so I didn't need a Microsoft account to log in to the damn thing.

It will be a Linux box eventually but it's crazy that I needed to do all that BS
