If you read through the bill it's pretty vanilla anti discrimination rules until you reach this statement "Discriminatory bias in instruction and school-sponsored activities does not require a showing of direct harm to members of a protected group."

The MD11 was designed to serve cargo requirements for short takeoff and landing. It has three engines, one in the tail. Early on a service bulletin was issued warning that special alignment tools are required when replacing wing engines. It further warned against installation using forklifts.

Local agencies and facilities cannot impede ICE operations but they are not required to cooperate with them in any fashion. Feds find out pretty quick they are less likely to succeed when the community wants nothing to do with them.

Absolutely true, he has clearly stated they are finding money for those people they want paid. People needing medical care or financial assistance do not fall into that category. The courts have ordered SNAP be funded, but that's a legal matter they will fight

All of these exploits utilize insider information on the operating systems. Years ago Orange book and Steelman studies found that bugs in code can be limited by using languages that are easy to read and understand. Neither Google or Apple use languages that qualify.

Four-seam Fastball: A primary pitch, typically sitting around 95 mph, known for its good "carry" or induced vertical break, making it effective at the top of the strike zone. Splitter (Split-finger fastball): Considered a devastating pitch that generates a high number of groundballs and whiffs. Curveball: A slower breaking ball with an exceptional bite and significant glove-side movement, usually around 77 mph. Cutter: A hard pitch (around 91 mph) that generates many groundballs and has strong cutting action. Sinker: Another groundball-inducing pitch with well above-average velocity and a high number of swings and misses. Slider: Used less frequently than his other pitches, it features two-plane movement and is sometimes used as a surprise pitch later in games.
