Rural Organizing Project of @isaiahmn.org held a listening session with manufactured home park residents in Northfield. Lot rent is skyrocketing since corporate landlord Lakeshore Communities bought the park. Time for a state level lot rent cap. Corporate greed is wrecking small towns. #mnleg
