D probably. G is so close but I really love Mediterranean food. So much variety but then again so does Latin America. It’s a tough decision.

Stayed home from work today. No reason just didn’t feel like going in and luckily I’m able to do this at my job. I did use PTO also. Did a little #baking and made a ginger loaf! Never made it before and I figure it will be a nice dessert for dinner tonight.

Have to get up at 1am - ish to shape my dough and then cold ferment it for 10-48 hours. So I’m going to bake my first sourdough bread ever in my life tomorrow night! I have starter in the refrigerator for this next weekend! I’m quite excited for this! #baking

Attended a great sourdough class today! Very informative and I am so glad I went!! Now I know what the starter should look and smell like. YouTube can only help so much. I need to actually do it hands on.
I have a starter and we made a dough! I get to bake it tomorrow after work.
