I had multiple bizarre vivid dreams last night, one of them was benedict cumberbatch was doing a play about autism and i went to see it with travis kelce. and my boyfriend and i lived in a beautiful apartment in a fictionalized version of a city i used to live in and travis was there somehow

sadly I learned from collecting CDs that cracked jewel cases are a pretty common thing and a lot of places don't replace them (glad that UMG does!!) but just know if this ever happens again that you can buy blank jewel cases and easily replace the plastic!

I think that idea of there being this one system that's at the center of a bunch of other processes in your body that you could improve or optimize is a really attractive concept

I think ever since there's been some buzz around the gut microbiome of people with depression (I believe it was?) being different from healthy people's, and a connection with serotonin production, people have seen it as an area you could potentially reprogram or adjust something at the root?

you can tell they asked chatgpt for "is I protect the family a dog whistle?" or "how is I protect the family a dog whistle?" and chatgpt gave them bullet points and they copied it verbatim and the bullet points disappeared bc theyre not supported in tiktok comment text but the content is there
