Nah, I really doubt they will ever tax those removal—at least not now when many decks play almost as many handtrap as a standard deck and almost no heavy removal.
Rather, I hope that some of those taxed removals will be made more accessible (e.g. Heavy Storm and Duster)~

UHMM you could cut the Field Spell
Is a funny card, but you could play some extra free non-engine, same for the traps
For the normals problem you could play Minairuka and, dunno, maybe try something with Dipsea Fiend (even tho is a -1 in hand)

I'm gonna be real: Fortress is not a good card
I would cut it for some more efficent defensive tools (something like board breakers a là Droplet and/or Super Poly)
For DMG and Gadget I would play max copy of each—they're the only starters and extenders of the deck and going second is already tough
