It's honestly embarrassing to call these op-ed writers "journalists". They don't uncover information, they just spout their ignorant and emotional opinions into the ether and expect to be taken seriously because they do so from the columns of some big name publication.

No, it's ICE. It's always taken in the people who couldn't even fit the ridiculously low standards the regular police has. That agency has no reason to exist. They just enforce arbitrary laws that only exists to pander to racists to get politicians votes.

Actually it's better to just end it, full stop. Its job is one that simply doesn't need doing. Reform immigration law so that immigrants don't need to wait around on an unnecessarily convoluted process, and let CBP handle the actual, y'know, customs and border patrol.

Exactly. They are institutions that have no purpose other than commit violence against random people and siphon money from the government. They could disappear tomorrow and nothing would change other than there would suddenly be a whole lot of money to use on good things.

Always keep in mind that many countries have gone through more brutal and repressive dictatorships with more competent dictators and more control of information and institutions than the US currently has, and they've made it out.

Hard to say tbh. At the moment Trump is just playing princess in the White House while Stephen Miller basically runs the government. Maybe JD Couchfucker would potentially have a spat with Miller, or maybe he'd be more proactive.

I hadn’t seen this. Kirk, the moderate free speech guy who did politics the right way per some liberals (!), called for Biden to be executed.

Meanwhile Joe Biden put out a very strong statement condemning Kirk’s killing.
